BigXthaPlug is a rising rapper from Dallas, Texas. His percussive flow and street-smart lyricism is showcased on 2020’s critically-acclaimed Bacc From The Dead EP, and viral hits like 2021’s "Safehouse” and "Mr. Trouble." Since he began releasing music independently, BigX has quickly become one of Texas’ most talented acts in the genre — ​​headlining shows across the Lone Star State and opening for stars like Key Glock and Maxo Kream. BigX’s 2023 debut studio album AMAR (named after his son) was praised by Pitchfork(Opens in new tab) as a “compelling blend of theater and technical intricacy,” and debuted at No. 4 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums chart. He followed with The Biggest EP later that year, led by his first Hot 100-charting single, “Mmhmm,” which was ranked No. 5 on Apple Music’s Rap Life: Best of 2024 song list. In June 2024, BigXthaPlug was chosen for the XXL Freshman Class list. Later that year, BigX released his sophomore album Take Care, debuting at No. 8 on the Billboard 200 and earning critical acclaim from publications such as Rolling Stone, Billboard and Complex. Upon the release of Take Care Deluxe, BigXthaPlug was recognized as XXL’s Best New Artist in 2025. In February 2025, BigX performed at Super Bowl LIX champions the Philadelphia Eagles' after-party.

    Denver made for a good last lap of the Take Care Tour. Openers were good and BigX was great. Security worked hard to keep things in order. Summit is always a clean, smooth, and enjoyable venue to go to.

    His concert was not only high energy, but also included a bunch of his features on his songs with for his openers, which was amazing to hear their diverse catalog of music as well as their hits with the popular artist Big X. The Dj did a great job of mixing high and low energy tracks together to have the crowd very involved. Big ex put on such an amazing show. He blew the speakers at the venue due to how hyped everyone was during the concert. This was a 10 out of 10 experience and I would recommend all of my friends to get tickets to the next big X concert and to not miss out on one of his shows From the production of his music to his rapping skills and abilities it was an amazing performance to attend.
