Mansionair sounded great. So glad they came to Combus.

  • Nombe = SOLID

by DuckDuckGreyDuck on 5/11/18The Foundry - PhiladelphiaRating: 4 out of 5

Nombe was an incredible live performer. His material (new and old) is a great listen and he delivered with his live show. Extremely entertaining. I danced like crazy.

One of the best shows I've been to. All three bands were amazing!

  • Best live show in a long time!

    by Hollydoll38 on 5/10/18The Underground - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

Best live show in a long time! The 3 bands meshed perfectly together. Sounded as good live as listening on any other platform. Band members were great and personable. It really was all about the fans!

  • Epic

by DOXthaFOX on 5/9/18The Underground - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

First time seeing all three bands after listening to them for 2 years on ALT NATION in my car. Love the songs and have even more respect to these talented bands perform them. All three bands were electric in their display and amazing with their sounds. I'm still sore from jumping and dancing so much. Mansionair, NoMBe, and Mikky Ekko were more than welcoming to the idea of pictures and asking them for signatures on my new t-shirts I purchased. Definitely worth my time and money. If they ever make it around to Charlotte again, I'll be looking forward to seeing them. So much talent, absolutely blown away.

  • Advanced Placement your was great!!

  • The weakest of the four Advanced Placement Tours

    by RSM64 on 4/19/18The Shelter - DetroitRating: 3 out of 5

I am one of the older people that continue to attend Alt Rock shows. I say this because the younger members of the audience really seemed to love NomBe, while my girlfriend and I both thought he was the weakest of the three. The talent of his show is the blue/green haired woman on keyboards/guitar. His voice is mediocre at best. I was not impressed. Mikki Ekko on the otherhand was surprisingly talented. Great voice, and made it clear that he was genuinely happy to be there. He gets a thumbs up. Mansionair was really good. I think they have a long career in front of them. See them in a tiny theater while you can. I have attended all four Advanced Placement Tours, and was looking forward to this one the least. I will say that I was correct on that front.

  • I'll remember the first time......!

by Melodio on 4/17/18Brighton Music Hall - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Traveling and using a concert as justification... venue was a small intimate space with unbelievable acoustics- it felt like they were playing for a party of 300-.surprised at order- while all were excellent, NoMbe was a tough order to follow. Loved it!

  • I had the best time!

by Lizymae on 4/13/18Gramercy Theatre - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

It was amazing getting to see 3 bands in such an intimate setting. I loved that there was theater seating available, especially because I couldn’t stand for 4 hours due to medical conditions. I loved the rooms downstairs so you could meet the bands and just relax. I hope to see them again and also go back to the venue!
