About

Jelly Roll went from selling mixtapes from his car to country music superstardom. After quietly releasing dozens of independent albums — some of them rap mixtapes, with features from Lil Wyte and Tech N9ne — the genre-defying artist scored his first Billboard Hot 100 hit in 2022 with the country-rock crossover single “Son of a Sinner,” from his major-label debut album Ballads of the Broken. The rapper-turned-country star from Nashville, Tennessee, blends hip-hop stylings with country vocals on ballads like 2020’s “Save Me” and cathartic anthems like 2023’s “NEED A FAVOR,” off his country music debut WHITSITTCHAPEL. In 2022, Jelly Roll had a breakthrough year, spending 28 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Emerging Artists chart and headlining Nashville’s nearly 19,000-capacity Bridgestone Arena. Following extensive tour dates in 2023, Jelly Roll was nominated for Best New Artist and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for "Save Me" at the 2024 Grammy Awards.

  • Absolutely loved this!

by Mary on 6/4/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Music city rodeo was a first for us! Lots of fun and a new experience. I’ll admit we were there to see Jelly Roll who did not disappoint! He was humble all while playing his hits and interjecting his thoughts and feelings. It seemed like he loved being back in Nashville. It was an engaging show. We had great seats for a big venue. Easy access in and out (we got in by parking garage) The arena had one of the women’s bathrooms obscured by selling fan gear. That was a problem, as the lines were extremely long. The concert started 30 min late but besides that we had an excellent experience.

  • Simply outstanding

by Bob on 6/3/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Such a great performance… I can’t recommend any more highly. Music was great, the stories / background added so much to the show. If you get a chance to see Jelly Roll in Nashville, you have to take it.

  • Big Disappointment

by MJ on 6/3/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 2 out of 5

Expensive for a 60 min. Performance. Expected artists’music, not covers.

  • Jelly Roll!

by TN TOM on 6/2/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Concert was great. Great energy, lots of fan interaction and seemed genuinely thankful for the crowd that was there to see him perform. Bridgestone Arena Seats are tiny!

  • Feeling uplifted!

by Ken on 6/2/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Jelly Roll was a perfect choice for the inaugural event! He did such an amazing job and is Nashville’s own! Loved the rodeo and the concert!

  • Music was great, but way to loud!

by Barbara Evans on 6/2/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 4 out of 5

We had a great time. Jelly Roll was awesome. The music was terrific, but way to loud. Concessions way overpriced.

  • JellyRoll!!!!

by Serena on 6/2/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

It was Jelly Roll!!! What more needs to be said? He is amazing!

  • Rodeo/Jelly Roll

by Ali Boy on 6/2/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

First Rodeo and it was a ton of fun. Jelly Roll was fantastic. Great time for sure as Nashville is always an awesome time!

  • Loud - shake the chair loud

by JW on 6/2/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 4 out of 5

Jelly Roll is a good singer. The concert was very loud, like shake/vibrate your chair loud. Bass and drums drowned out his voice. When he sang at beginning of songs without the band he was good. Too bad that the band makes it worse not better. For that reason I would not go to another concert to see him. Glad I did it once. His message is good, songs great. The best singers don’t need to be loud - ask Reba that was there the night before with live band that enhanced her singing not drowning it out.

  • Amazing!

by Dani on 6/2/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Let me start by saying prior to booking my ticket for the rodeo, I had no clue who Jelly Roll was. I started to familiarize myself with his songs prior to attending the rodeo/concert. I walked away floored by his humbleness, his ability to connect with the crowd, and his voice! Jelly Roll will definitely be in my rotation of music from here on out.
