High expectation met! Great music from a great band. They were tight, explosive and crisp! Loved the set, opened with The Silence which was balsy and set the tone! Memorable night!
We saw Manchester Orchestra at the HoB after seeing them on Saturday at Riot Fest. We saw a lot of great acts & shows this weekend but the Manchester Orchestra after show was by far the best experience we had the whole time. Everyone sounded great, the venue was a little crowded but had a fun vibe.
My husband and I went to see Manchester Orchestra for a second time at the Fillmore in Detroit and to say it was amazing is an understatement. I've seen so many performances in my time and no one has been able to beat this band. They have the whole thing down to an art and it's such a treat to see. I cannot wait to go again. Also, this venue will always be one of my all time favourites.
It was a great concert good sound. It was hard to see the main singer because of the lights behind the band as they were more on the audience. Overall MO is a very talented band.
Best Live Band ever and the best music venue in Detroit. Unbeatable.
Manchester Orchestra have created a show that holds your attention from the first note to the last. The band is can go from rock out to solo acoustic, but both are equally riveting. The setlist was a treat since we got to hear all of the Cope album, but still heard a few fan favorites at the end. It’s great a band will tour just to celebrate an older album that has resonated with fans for years. Manchester Orchestra should be filling arenas, but I’m selfishly happy I get to see them in such an intimate setting. One of my favorites.
Show was great, venue is one of the most convenient I've ever been to. Great parking and super easy to get in and out. Staff is always very nice and helpful, one of them was giving free hugs and telling us to drive safe!
The concert was amazing, love this band. Purchased a signed concert poster and when I got it home realized they misspelled Cincinnati!
I'm extremely impressed with Manchester Orchestra. They could have done a lot better with an opening act/band. Military Gun was terrible.
Incredible show. Manchester Orchestra never disappoints.
Loved the venue and I am awestruck that Manchester Orchestra was even better live! It was a hauntingly good show. I look forward to seeing them again!
They are super talented musicians who clearly enjoy each other and what they do. Will catch them again!
Their performance gets better every time I see them. Andy is a sensitive caring perfectionist who in my opinion worries too much about how the fans perceive him. Andy for what its worth, everyone is there to see you and the band. We love you guys! This was the first time I can recall you talked to the crowd as much as you did. Everyone loved your sincerity. You're the man! Hope to see y'all soon!!
This was my favorite shows I've been to recently. The acoustics were great. It was a nice small intimate venue. Great show!
What a place. Wow. Lovely venue. Amazing. But Manchester orchestra let me down. They played their new album and we loved some of their softer, solo type classics. Didn’t feel connected to them at all so we left early. Such a shame as we had made a day of it including dinner and drinks early.
Fantastic! Great music and The Fillmore is a great venue.
As I am listening to this band live. Iam confused as to how there is not 40,000 people here. They bring the energy and the singer has pipes like I have never heard before. When you stream the music its really good but live its a whole different level. They are great!
Great show! Recently learned about the band and have slowly been experiencing some of their older work. This show was made for existing Manchester Orchestra fans but the band did a great job playing for their 'new' fans like me as well.
2nd time seeing these guys (first time was in 2007 or 8 opening for Brand new) and it's just amazing to see how much these guys have progressed. Amazing show. They even added a few elements from LAVLAC into the cope set which was great
