I wish his act was a little longer but he totally killed it! Wish they would have sold souvenirs seeing as you can’t take photos at show. I can’t wait till he comes back to Rockford! Totally seeing him again.

  • Cuuuuuute

Pete Davidson is so funny and charming. Everything he said made me belly laugh. Now… The crowd in Gary, Indiana? Generally stoned out of their skulls on the types of drugs that are made in the kitchen basements of Gary, Indiana. Not sure they even realized they were at a show. Kept awkwardly attempting to heckle Pete Davidson in the middle of a story. “WE LOVE YOU PETE” while he’s talking about getting a tattoo removed. Okay? “WOOOOO” while he’s trying to compliment Gary, Indiana. “HOME OF THE JACKSON FIVE” while he’s telling a story about his childhood favorite teacher. The high people that were aware of their surroundings would robotically and maniacally cackle at the set up of a joke, 20 seconds before the punchline. It was beyond distracting - it was enraging. I am dumber for being in the audience. Please tell talent to book event space just five miles over the border in Illinois. The roads are paved. Again, love Pete Davidson. Thank you.

  • Mostly Great Experience!

by Cassie on 7/31/24Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana - GaryRating: 4 out of 5

I loved everything about this event, except having to secure our devices in the locked pouches. The reason I was so unhappy about that is because it caused the show to start an HOUR late. Pete was perfect & hilarious as was his opener. He explained the delay was due to securing our devices taking up a lot of time. Overall I enjoyed everything else and would absolutely go to another one of his shows!

  • Great comedy, short show

by Jm1481 on 7/31/24Coronado Performing Arts Center - RockfordRating: 3 out of 5

First comic was rushed and mic was f'd so he yelled for 15 minutes then they rushed him off the stage. Pete was great but the price for 2 lengthy stories was a bit much. Once is enough I guess.

  • Pete, thank you

Heads up Pete, I know you read these. You’ll want to read this one. - I’m not going to write a cliche review. I’m going to give my honest opinion. I wish the show was longer because I could listen to the man talk all day, whether it be about his life or what he’s going through. He’s overlooked as a person. And he’s someone who people look/laugh at to make them feel better about themselves. And I don’t like that. At the end of the day, he’s a regular person going through life. Pete puts on a show, a great/funny one, all to cope with what he’s dealing with as a person. He’s a natural comedian. His jokes are funny, authentic, real. He deserves more positive recognition. He seems so humble and genuine and I wish nothing but the best for him. The show in itself was great. I was in the middle of the second row and was starstruck when he came out. Seeing him in person after supporting him for years was a highlight of my life. I love the stories and jokes he told. I love the fact he joked about Rockford because what he said was true. His stage presence truly brought out the room. I love when he laughs at his own jokes before he even gets it out. Continue what you’re doing Pete, you have people who believe in you and love you for who you are. Thank you for being the one person who makes me laugh even when I’m dealing with my own mental health issues.

  • Too Short

by Shane on 7/30/24Coronado Performing Arts Center - RockfordRating: 3 out of 5

Total performance time was 1 hour and 15 minutes, including the opener. Just too short to be a great value. It was funny, but it should have been a 2 hour show for the price.

  • short but good show

by Evan on 7/30/24Coronado Performing Arts Center - RockfordRating: 4 out of 5

The show was really good and funny, I just thought it was kind of short. The opener and Pete together was just under an hour and a half total.

  • Meh...

by Very Concerned on 7/29/24Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana - GaryRating: 3 out of 5

Man, I had such high expectations for Pete Davidson! Low energy and rambling stories with no funny endings. He opened the show talking about driving his car into a house. This went on for over 20 minutes, so it was a third of his show. I wish he would have left it out. Sorry Pete. You gotta deliver something.....

  • My face hurt from laughing so much

by BLM on 7/29/24Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana - GaryRating: 5 out of 5

Pete and his opening, Joey Gay, had my laughing so much. The story about his grandpa! And the extreme parking he did in that garage! Definitely recommend seeing Pete if you can.

It was like sitting down with your buddy you haven’t seen in years, picking up where you left off and talking about stuff you usually only talk about behind closed doors. I have never laughed out loud in public for so long in my life. Everything landed. The town specific material couldn’t have been more spot on. He’s a total BOSS.
