King Princess is a Brooklyn-based artist, actor, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer. Released in 2022, the artist's sophomore effort, Hold On Baby, received widespread critical acclaim, landing at #7 on Rolling Stone's Best Albums of 2022 as well as the cover of the June digital issue, which praised her as an "indie-pop visionary." Pitchfork named the album to their Best Progressive Pop Music of 2022, calling it "the work of a keen-eared musician coming into their own as a producer and stylist." They supported the record with an epic six single roll out--"Little Bother," "For My Friends," "Cursed," "Too Bad," "Change the Locks," and lastly the Taylor Hawkins-assisted "Let Us Die," which KP performed on Jimmy Fallon Live and Rolling Stone called "The Banger of the Year." The record received airplay and support across properties like Apple Music, BBC 1 + 2, as well as hundreds of Spotify NMF playlists worldwide. The artist supported the album with massive crowds at Lollapalooza and on their North American headline Hold On Baby Tour, as well as supporting Florence + The Machine, Kacey Musgraves, The Strokes, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Most recently they appeared on the Boyish single "Kill Your Pain", and treated fans to a live version when they brought the duo out in support on European Headline dates last Summer. It received all the familiar accolades and became an instant fan favorite.
King Princess is currently preparing to roll out their third LP offering later this year. They star alongside Nicole Kidman in Season 2 of Nine Perfect Strangers on Hulu, premiering May 21st, as well as Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson in the film Song Sung Blue, to be released on Christmas Day.

This show was so awesome. King Princess was on for such a long time and I loved every second. I would have been fine paying 5x the amount that I paid to be there. Absolutely unforgettable.
The venue was nice, great ambience. We had balcony seats, and we felt secure knowing you could only get to the second floor by showing you had a balcony ticket. There was a bar upstairs that was easily accessible. The show was great, our seats were right above the stage, and KP is a hell of a performer, we’ve seen her a few times now and love her shows more than anything.
I get it. Everyone is using explicit lyrics in their songs and I’m ok with that to a point. King Princess cursed at the crowd and some loved it but I think it detracted from her performance. To use the “B” word once or twice is ok because of her target audience. When used over and over, it just gets old. She has a great voice and superb lyrics. She said Houston was her next to last performance of the tour and I think she was tired…who wouldn’t be? I won’t pay to see King Princess live again so I will stay at home and chill to her music.
I’ve seen her perform at ACL and this was 10xbetter it was intimate and the guitar solo was great!!
They are an incredible performer. So much audience engagement, so much fun
She was a great performer - really seemed to enjoy being there and was very appreciative of her fans. Really enjoyed her show and loved the venue. Sounded as good in person which is always great. Definitely looking forward to the next time she's in town.
King princess was better live than a lot of artists I’ve seen, they have a legendary performance. Very down to earth as well, got to do the meet and greet and they genuinely enjoy meeting the fans. Will be doing it again if offered next time around.
Amazing high energy show, pumped up the crowd. They were screaming louder than the music between songs. 2 hour show, amazing music!
This was my first time seeing Kp live, and I was beyond impressed. I knew it was going to be an awesome show, but it was even better than I expected, which says a lot. I was lucky enough to get vip tickets in time so I was able to meet her before the show. I gave her a letter that I wrote her, she was beyond sweet and even FaceTimed my bestfriend with me so she could meet her. St. Panther was a great way to start the night before Kp came on. The show in itself was unforgettable, not only was every song well performed, the energy was unmatched. Mikaela truly interacted with her fans which was so refreshing to see. The person next to me asked her to take her BeReal and she did that. Every song that she sung was so well done, I was amazed. She truly is talented. Towards the end of the show she came to the barricade and walked down. She ended up seeing me in the crowd and came over to me to give me a hug. Hearing Let Us Die was the perfect song to end on. I honestly have absolutely nothing bad to say about any part of the show. It was truly a night that I will never ever forget, and I cannot wait for the next time, whenever that will be. I guarantee you will not regret going to one of these shows.
