ST. LUCIA ON TOUR

St. Lucia is back with their third LP Hyperion, out September 21st. Their new single "Walking Away" is out now. The band has appeared on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Good Morning America and Late Night With Seth Meyers, performed at festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Governors Ball Outside Lands, and Bonnaroo, and provided official remixes for artists ranging from Lady Gaga to Passion Pit to Foster The People. As Jason Bentley from KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic put it, "This should be the biggest band in the world right now."

Throughout their career, St. Lucia has brought many famous venues to capacity, like Varsity Theater (Minneapolis), Theatre of Living Arts (Philadelphia) and Buckhead Theatre (Atlanta).

    Anyone who has seen St Lucia live knows what a great show they put on. The songs are catchy, upbeat, and energetic. Jean has a great voice and does not miss a beat. The entire band is on fire with hypnotic synths, pulsing bass and driving drums with sweet guitars thrown in and of course their vocal harmonies are right on. The Echo was a great venue to see them at as well because it was small enough that everyone was within 50 feet of the band and the sound system was not overly loud.

    One of my worries when going to see them was having the live show be worse than the album version of St. Lucia's songs. That wasnt the case in this matter as the show "blew my socks off". It was one if the best shows i've ever been to and the venue was an amazing place as well. 10/10 would go again.

    My boyfriend is a fan and I wanted to do something special for him so I grabbed tix to see St. Lucia. He really enjoyed the show, the set was beautiful, acoustics were great (we stood in the back) and ultimately I learned about a really cool band.

    We've seen St. Lucia at least 6-7 times and they never disappoint. This show was probably the best show they've done. The energy from St. Lucia and crowd was great. I can't wait to see them again next time they're in town!

    St Lucia should be so much more well known. This group is so incredibly talented. Their bright syncopated sounds and catchy tunes are 80's and jazz influenced and enhanced by the tight light show. One of the best indie- techno groups out right now. See them whenever you can. See whoever you can at this venue. It was clean, safe and glitch free. The sound mixing and lighting was on point. Enjoy the Observatory!

    I've seen St. Lucia probably more than any other band-- been sticking by them for over 10 years now!!! They ALWAYS give a stellar performance. Jean (frontman) is such a natural on stage-- always brings the energy, tons of talent, and really knows how to connect with the room. Cannot recommend this band's live shows enough. Even if you don't know the music, the songs are so solid and sure to make you dance. Bring your friends!

    They’re so good. St Lucia is a must watch. Gorgeous lighting and a tight band.
